Referral fees

Ujiajiri may receive a referral fee from a proposed provider if you contract and pay for qualifying work, under a separate partner agreement between Ujiajiri and the provider. The provider remains responsible for its quotation, contract, price and delivery. Ask the provider to explain whether the referral arrangement affects its quoted price.

The existence of a possible referral fee is always disclosed before you approve an introduction. The fee's amount or percentage is defined in the partner agreement and is not published. A referral fee never changes the suitability criteria used to select a provider.

Ujiajiri and Onduu

Ujiajiri (ujiajiri.ke) and Onduu (onduu.ke) are both operated by Ujiajiri Enterprises Limited. Onduu is the Digital Readiness education and assessment platform; Ujiajiri provides private, curated introductions to independent implementation providers. When one site links to the other, it is linking to a service of the same company. Assessment answers and contact details given on Onduu are never transferred to Ujiajiri or to any provider automatically.

HOSTAFRICA

Wycliffe Onduu, founder of Ujiajiri, is also Managing Director of HOSTAFRICA Kenya. HOSTAFRICA sells, bills, provisions, renews and supports its own products; those responsibilities never transfer to Ujiajiri or to an introduced provider. HOSTAFRICA product routes are kept separate from Ujiajiri implementation introductions, and no personal information is sent to HOSTAFRICA unless a separate disclosed and authorised route exists.

Network providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or joint ventures of Ujiajiri Enterprises Limited. See Independent Providers for how introductions operate.
