What Ujiajiri does

Ujiajiri provides private, curated introductions between businesses and independent website and digital-marketing providers, publishes standards and information, and is developing practical skills pathways. Ujiajiri proposes one provider per suitable enquiry; the customer approves, declines or requests another provider before any identifiable information is shared.

The limits of the introduction role

Ujiajiri is not a web agency, employer, recruitment agency, project manager, or party to any customer-provider contract unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so. Ujiajiri does not prepare quotations, set prices, collect project payments, hold credentials, manage delivery, or warrant provider work. Ujiajiri does not guarantee provider availability, suitability, price, delivery or results, and does not guarantee that any enquiry results in an introduction.

Referral fees

Ujiajiri may receive a referral fee from a proposed provider after qualifying client payment, under a separate partner agreement. This is disclosed before you approve an introduction. See Commercial Relationships.

Waitlist

Joining the partner waitlist does not make an applicant an approved Ujiajiri provider and does not guarantee assessment, listing, introductions, leads, clients, income or work.

No promises of employment or income

Nothing on this site is an offer or guarantee of training, certification, placement, employment, client work or income.

Third-party products and sites

Links to third parties, including Onduu and HOSTAFRICA, lead to services governed by their own terms. HOSTAFRICA remains responsible for HOSTAFRICA product sales, billing, provisioning, renewals and support.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no false or misleading form submissions, no scraping of personal data, no submitting another person's information without authority, and no attempting to interfere with the site's operation.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, Ujiajiri Enterprises Limited is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site information, from any introduction, or from the acts or omissions of independent providers or third parties.

We may update these terms and this site as the service develops. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
