Why Ujiajiri exists.
Ujiajiri is a Swahili word associated with self-employment and creating work for oneself. Ujiajiri Enterprises Limited uses that idea to connect businesses that need digital work completed with suitable independent providers, through private, curated introductions, while developing practical pathways into digital work.
Ujiajiri is not a web agency, employer, project manager or guarantor of independent work. It proposes one suitable provider per enquiry, asks the customer's permission before any information is shared, and leaves contracting, payment and delivery entirely between the customer and the provider.
Onduu is the Digital Readiness education and assessment platform operated by Ujiajiri Enterprises Limited. Onduu helps businesses understand what matters and where implementation may be required. Ujiajiri provides the separate, permission-based route to an introduction with an independent implementation provider. Assessment answers are never shared automatically.
Network providers remain independent businesses. They are not Ujiajiri employees or agents. They set their own scope and fees, contract with clients directly and remain responsible for delivery, support and warranty. Ujiajiri may receive a disclosed referral fee from a provider after qualifying client payment.
Wycliffe Onduu, founder of Ujiajiri, is also Managing Director of HOSTAFRICA Kenya. HOSTAFRICA provides, bills, provisions, renews and supports its own products. Any branded training, official status, referral route, commission, sponsorship or other material relationship must be independently approved and disclosed at the relevant decision point.
