For businesses

One suitable provider, proposed to you privately.

Tell us what your business needs. Ujiajiri will identify a suitable independent provider from its private network, tell you who we propose to introduce, and ask your permission before sharing your information. The provider will scope, quote, contract, invoice and deliver directly.

What Ujiajiri does

  1. Reviews your enquiry and selects one approved provider using recorded suitability criteria.
  2. Tells you the provider's identity and the reason for the selection.
  3. Shows the responsibility statement and commercial disclosure before you decide.
  4. Shares your information with the provider only after your recorded approval.
  5. Records the referral and later asks for your feedback.

What Ujiajiri does not do

  1. It does not prepare the provider's quotation or set the price.
  2. It does not enter or manage the contract between you and the provider.
  3. It does not collect the project payment. You pay the provider directly.
  4. It does not hold your credentials or manage delivery.
  5. It does not guarantee provider availability, suitability, price, delivery or results.
Commercial disclosure

How Ujiajiri is paid.

Ujiajiri may receive a referral fee from the proposed provider if you contract and pay for qualifying work. The provider remains responsible for its quotation, contract, price and delivery. Ask the provider to explain whether the referral arrangement affects its quoted price.

Before work begins

Ask the provider these questions.

  1. Who will actually perform the work?
  2. What is included, excluded and dependent on third parties?
  3. What evidence supports the proposed approach?
  4. Which domain, hosting, website, analytics and advertising accounts will the client own?
  5. How will enquiries, forms and analytics be tested?
  6. Who supports the implementation after launch?
  7. Which products, licences and recurring costs are required?
  8. How will customer or employee information be handled?
  9. What will be handed over when the project finishes?
  10. Does the referral arrangement with Ujiajiri affect the quoted price?
Keep control of the business assets

The business should retain appropriate ownership and administrator access for its domain, DNS, website, analytics, advertising accounts and content. Give providers only the access needed for the agreed task, use named accounts where possible, and remove unnecessary access after handover.

Understand the product boundary

If a project uses HOSTAFRICA products, HOSTAFRICA remains the seller, biller, provisioner, renewer and product-support provider. The implementation provider remains responsible for its own configuration and client work. Confirm both responsibilities in writing.

International enquiries

International enquiries are welcome. Introductions depend on project fit, applicable jurisdiction and the availability of a suitable approved provider.

Ready to be introduced?

Request an Introduction

An introduction is a proposal, not a guarantee. You choose whether it goes ahead, and the provider is responsible for everything it delivers.
