Standards

What each side agrees to do.

Ujiajiri's role is to make capability, evidence and responsibility clearer. These standards apply to how Ujiajiri operates its private network and to the conduct expected from network providers and future learners.

Provider standards

  1. Publish accurate identity and capability information.
  2. Use written scope, price, responsibilities and exclusions.
  3. Obtain permission for portfolio evidence and references.
  4. Disclose who will perform or subcontract the work.
  5. Keep client ownership and administrator access clear.
  6. Use least privilege and remove access after handover.
  7. Protect personal and confidential information.
  8. Disclose material commissions, sponsorships and commercial relationships.
  9. Disclose whether a referral arrangement affects the customer's quoted price.
  10. Handle corrections and complaints promptly.
  11. Avoid guaranteed ranking, lead, sales, security or compliance claims.

Learner standards

  1. Distinguish learning, assessment and verified competence.
  2. Use lab or sandbox access unless separately authorised.
  3. Protect credentials and personal information.
  4. Do not copy client content or assets without permission.
  5. Declare mistakes and request escalation.
  6. Obtain human approval before publishing or changing production systems.
  7. Never claim employment, certification or results without authority.

Ujiajiri standards

  1. Propose one provider per suitable enquiry, using recorded suitability criteria.
  2. Identify the proposed provider to the customer before sharing any information.
  3. Obtain recorded permission before every introduction, so nothing is silently forwarded.
  4. Disclose the possibility of a referral fee before the customer approves.
  5. Collect the minimum personal data required.
  6. Keep customer enquiries and partner-waitlist records separate.
  7. Maintain complaints and removal routes.
  8. Never describe a waitlist applicant as approved.
  9. Never imply that Ujiajiri delivers work performed by independent providers.
  10. Never invent partners, badges, testimonials, results or approvals.
