A private introduction you approve first.

Onduu helps a business understand its Digital Readiness problem. Ujiajiri privately selects a suitable independent provider. The customer approves the introduction. The provider contracts and delivers directly.

The introduction process

The seven steps, from enquiry to contract.

  1. You send an enquiryThrough the Request an Introduction form. It goes only to Ujiajiri's controlled inbox.
  2. An administrator reviews itAn authorised Ujiajiri administrator reviews the enquiry. Nothing is automated and nothing is forwarded.
  3. One provider is selectedUjiajiri selects one approved provider using recorded suitability criteria.
  4. You see who, and whyUjiajiri sends you the provider's identity, reason for selection, responsibility statement and commercial disclosure.
  1. You decideAccept, decline or ask for another provider. Only after your recorded approval may Ujiajiri send the agreed information to the provider.
  2. The provider takes overThe provider contacts you and handles its own discovery, quotation and contract. You contract and pay the provider directly.
  3. Ujiajiri records and follows upUjiajiri records the referral and later requests feedback on how the introduction worked.

No information may be silently forwarded, at any step.

For providers

  1. Join the partner waitlist with accurate first-stage information.
  2. Selected applicants are invited to a further suitability review.
  3. Approved providers join the private network. There is no public directory.
  4. Receive an introduction only after the customer approves it.
  5. Scope, quote, contract, invoice, deliver, support and warrant your own work.
  6. Disclose whether the referral arrangement affects the customer's quoted price.

For youth

  1. Review the programme requirements when an approved opportunity opens.
  2. Learn in a safe lab or sandbox environment.
  3. Complete practical assignments and receive clear feedback.
  4. Publish only evidence that has genuinely been reviewed.
  5. Pursue freelancing, employment or suitable opportunities independently.

Responsibility statement

  1. Ujiajiri provides curated introductions, standards and information. It is not a party to the client-provider contract unless a separate written agreement explicitly says so. An introduction is not a guarantee of availability, suitability, price, delivery or results.
